BNK FEARX beat Team Vitality on Demacia in a single game, 15 kills to 8. The win came from map pressure more than from kills. FEARX took eight towers to Vitality's one, claimed the only Baron of the match, and finished about 10,000 gold ahead. Taeyoon's Caitlyn led the scoreboard at 5/3/4, and the jungle and top side gave her room to work. Raptor's Vi had a hand in nine of the team's fifteen kills at 3/2/6, and Clear's Olaf went 3/1/2 while Naak Nako's K'Sante finished 0/2/1. In the mid lane, VicLa's Cassiopeia went 2/0/5 against FIESTA's Anivia, who died five times and never got the long fights an Anivia wants. Kellin's Bard added 2/2/6, roaming to set up fights his carries could finish.

Vitality had their moments. They won the dragon race two to one, and Carzzy's Yunara matched Taeyoon with five kills on a 5/4/2 line. Lyncas went 3/3/2 on Naafiri, and Fleshy's Lulu put up seven assists, almost all of Vitality's damage running through the botside duo and the jungle. But dragons were all they could take from the map. With FIESTA struggling and the frontline giving up ground, Vitality could not defend their structures. They lost tower after tower and managed just one of their own. Once FEARX secured Baron, the gold gap passed ten thousand, and Vitality had no way to slow the push into their base.
