Shopify Rebellion struck first, with Bvoy's Varus involved in the opening kill, but kt Rolster's draft took over almost immediately. In an early skirmish Bdd's Ryze teleported into the middle of the fight, and Effort's Leona pulled Zinie's Flash out of the chaos. PerfecT then went looking for Fudge, waited out the Rumble's Flash and landed K'Sante's Q3 to cut him down, with Fudge's Equalizer burned along the way. Elsewhere Cuzz's Qiyana was out-pacing Contractz's Pantheon, leaving him behind in levels. When Shopify tried to take a jungle objective, kt arrived and snatched it. Bvoy was punished hard after a Flash in mid, and mid control tilted kt's way.

The middle stretch was messier, but kt kept winning the trades that mattered. Effort repeatedly showed up whenever Zinie's summoner spells were down, turning her Orianna into easy gold. The Rift Herald fight became a brawl. Jiwoo's Jhin hit Bvoy with Deadly Flourish and both marksmen died, and Shopify's dive toward Zinie came up empty. Another dragon went to kt, and then Zeyzal's Nautilus wandered too far and got caught alone while Cuzz and company collapsed on him. Around 23 minutes PerfecT's W dragged Shopify into the Baron fight, all five kt players piled onto Zinie through her Shockwave, and kt took Baron with roughly an 8,000 gold lead. By 24 minutes Bdd's Ryze was level 16 at over ten CS a minute, and the gap stood near 11,000.

Jiwoo ended it. He picked off Zeyzal to strip Shopify's front line, Zinie's last Shockwave couldn't break the encirclement, and Jhin's fourth shot took the final kill. kt finished 20 kills to 11, 8 towers to none, 3 dragons to 1, and almost 14,000 gold ahead. Bdd went 7/2/10, Jiwoo 5/1/8, and Effort racked up 16 assists. Zinie's Orianna gave Shopify their best moments, landing Shockwaves into fights that kt kept winning anyway.
