BNK FEARX beat LGD GAMING 2–1 (Demacia, October 4).
BNK FEARX took the opener by winning nearly every skirmish around the middle of the map. VicLa's Cassiopeia was the engine at 6/1/5, and Raptor's Poppy went 4/1/5. Tangyuan's Akali kept getting caught on the way in and finished 1/6/1, which left LGD GAMING short of damage every time a fight broke out. Heng's Pantheon was the one LGD player who kept finding kills, going 3/4/3, but FEARX controlled the game and won the kill count 15 to 6.
LGD answered with a much louder Game 2. Tangyuan switched to Locke and ran wild with a 13/2/10 line. Heng's Skarner gave him room to work and ended at 6/2/20, while Crisp's Karma piled up 19 assists. Burdol's Jax added six kills from the top side. FEARX's backline couldn't survive the pressure: VicLa's Ryze died seven times, and so did Taeyoon on Caitlyn. Raptor's Lee Sin went a respectable 5/5/7, but LGD won the fights on volume, 29 kills to 19, and tied the series.
The decider was all BNK FEARX. Raptor's Qiyana went 8/2/7 and VicLa's Sylas 7/3/10, with Clear's Rumble at 3/1/11 shaping the teamfights alongside them. Kellin's Camille picked up 13 assists. FEARX took all three dragons and the only Baron, knocked down seven towers to LGD's two, and finished about 12,000 gold ahead. Shaoye's Corki ended at 2/6/0 and Heng's Shyvana at 3/7/1, so LGD's main carries were held to almost nothing. Tangyuan's Orianna was their most stable player at 3/2/3, but one steady mid laner couldn't keep LGD in a game they were losing at every objective.
